Despite impressive Q3 results—63% YoY revenue growth and 13-point margin expansion—future growth rates are set to decelerate, challenging valuation. Consensus shows growth slowing next year; I expect US commercial and overall expansion to decelerate, pulling down Rule of 40 and retention metrics materially soon. Even optimistic EPS revisions leave extremes: roughly 136x FY2027 earnings today, maybe 108x late 2026, so two year returns could be flat or worse overall. I maintain a Hold rating on PLTR stock, anticipating flat or negative returns over the next two years unless U.S. Commercial growth and retention metrics significantly outperform consensus.
