PMF offers broad muni exposure, as opposed to targeting just one state or local jurisdiction. SALT tax provisions have boosted demand for muni debt, and we are unlikely to see significant tax reform until after the 2020 election. While PMF trades at a notable premium, I believe the price is justified.
