This limited adoption tapers my optimism on an otherwise revolutionary piece of technology. Still, PMI's planned BTC label expansion by Q2 2026 could help them broaden their addressable patient pool. And by extension, it could fuel their next growth leg. However, their financials are also somewhat constrained. This is a thinly traded microcap that's still burning cash. The recent capital raise also adds dilution overhang to the stock.
