As most know in July, both banks announced an agreement to combine in an all-stock transaction, creating a high-performing regional bank focused on the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast. Combined assets at that point, $116 billion. On a pro forma basis, the company is expected to generate top quartile revenue and net income growth and the best efficiency ratio among their peer group looking out into 2027.
