The Company filed a Form 10 registration statement with the SEC containing all required financial statements and disclosures and is now subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company will now be filing its quarterly and annual reports with the SEC, along with current reports to provide updates on material events.
