Net revenue for the fourth quarter was $103.2 million, down 13 percent from the prior quarter and down two percent from the fourth quarter of 2024. GAAP net income for the fourth quarter was $13.3 million or $0.24 per diluted share compared to a net loss of $0.02 per diluted share in the prior quarter and net income of $0.16 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2024. Cash flow from operations for the fourth quarter was $26.2 million.For the full year 2025, net revenue was $443.5 million, up six percent compared to the prior year.
