SAN JOSÉ, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Power Integrations (Nasdaq: POWI) today announced that on April 15, 2026 (the Grant Date), it granted a total of 89 restricted stock units (RSUs) to one new employee who began employment with Power Integrations in April 2026.This inducement grant was granted pursuant to Power Integrations’ Amended and Restated 2025 Inducement Award Plan. One-fourth (1/4th) of the RSUs will vest on each of the first four anniversaries of the Grant Date, subject to the recipient’s continued service through each applicable vesting date.
