MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PQ Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE:PQG) (“PQ” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 29,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.50 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 29, 2017 under the ticker symbol “PQG.” PQ has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,350,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The closing for the offering is expected to occur on October 3, 2017, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers of the proposed offering, and Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as representative
