NEWARK, Ohio, April 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Park National Corporation (Park) (NYSE American: PRK) today reported financial results for the first quarter of 2026. Park's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.10 per common share, payable on June 10, 2026, to common shareholders of record as of May 15, 2026. On February 1, 2026, Park successfully completed its previously announced merger transaction with First Citizens Bancshares, Inc. (“First Citizens”) through an all-stock transaction.
