HOUSTON, TX, April 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prairie Operating Co. (Nasdaq: PROP) (the “Company” or “Prairie”), an independent energy company engaged in the development and acquisition of oil and natural gas resources in the Denver-Julesburg (DJ) Basin – today announced that the holder of its Series F Convertible Preferred Stock has agreed to further extend the anniversary warrant issuance date from April 7, 2026 to April 9, 2026, while the parties continue to work together. The extension has been provided to allow the parties additional time to continue their discussions.
