LEHI, Utah March 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Purple Innovation, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPL) ("Purple"), a comfort innovation company whose mattresses promise to give you "less pain, better sleep," today announced that it has extended the maturity of its debt from December 31, 2026 to April 30, 2027. In addition, Purple is rescheduling the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, which had previously been scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The Company now expects to release its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in conjunction with the filing of the Company's Form 10-K, at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET, and will hold a conference call that day at 8:30 a.m. ET to review the results.
