NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) today reported full year and fourth quarter 2025 results.2025 net income attributable to Prudential Financial, Inc. of $3.576 billion or $9.99 per Common share increased compared to net income of $2.727 billion or $7.50 per share for 2024.2025 after-tax adjusted operating income of $5.161 billion or $14.43 per Common share increased compared to $4.588 billion or $12.62 per share for 2024.Fourth quarter 2025 net income attributable to Prudential Financial, Inc. of $905 million or $2.55 per Common share versus net loss of $57 million or $0.17 per share for the year-ago quarter. The current quarter included a net after-tax organizational charge of $107 million or $0.30 per Common share.Fourth quarter 2025 after-tax adjusted operating income of $1.168 billion or $3.30 per Common share versus $1.068 billion or $2.96 per share for the year-ago quarter.
