Fargis has been named Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective today. Mr. Fargis will serve as the Company's chief legal officer, working with Privia executive leadership to support the Company's long-term direction and growth. "Ed is a proven leader who brings an invaluable healthcare industry perspective as well as extensive experience managing corporate governance, compliance and strategic transactions," said Parth Mehrotra, CEO, Privia Health.
