on December 16, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $0.34 per share of the Company's common stock, a 6.3% increase over the amount declared this time last year. The dividend is payable January 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of January 12, 2026. The current dividend continues a 61-year tradition of cash dividends to PSB shareholders including 32 consecutive years of increased cash dividends declared per share. Beginning after the first quarter in 2026, the company will pay quarterly dividends rather than the current semi-annual dividend. PSB President and CEO Scott M. Cattanach said, “We remain confident in our ability to deliver strong financial results moving into 2026.
