ATHENS, Greece, Nov. 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Performance Shipping Inc. (NASDAQ: PSHG) (“we” or the “Company”), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership of tanker vessels, today reported net income of $3.9 million for the third quarter of 2025. This result is compared to a net income of $12.4 million for the same period in 2024. Earnings per share, basic and diluted, for the third quarter of 2025 were $0.28 and $0.10, respectively. Revenue was $18.5 million ($17.5 million net of voyage expenses) for the third quarter of 2025, compared to $22.9 million ($22.1 million net of voyage expenses) for the same period in 2024. This decrease was attributable to the decrease in time-charter equivalent rates (“TCE rates”) realized during the quarter and to the decrease in the available days following the drydock of the vessel P.
