WOOD DALE, Ill., April 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Solutions International, Inc. (“the Company”) (OTC Pink: PSIX), a leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of emission-certified engines and power systems, announced that it has closed on its new senior secured revolving credit facility (the “Credit Facility”) under a credit agreement, dated as of March 27, 2020, (the “Credit Agreement”) between the Company and Standard Chartered Bank, as administrative agent for the lenders thereunder. As part of the closing of the new Credit Facility, the Company made an initial draw in the amount of $95 million. Under the Credit Agreement, the Company can borrow up to $130 million in the aggregate secured by substantially all of the assets of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries with certain customary exceptions.
