The rest of season one of Homestead the series returns today to niche streaming service Angel, about a year after the original movie debuted in theaters, grossing $20.8 million in box office on a modest production budget. The movie starring veteran actor Neal McDonough is set after “The Collapse,” and serves as a super-sized first episode for the series' first season, which resumes today with new episodes, though McDonough's character is out of commission during the series.
