HBO Max and Paramount+ will be combining into a single streaming platform. This comes after Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) accepted Paramount's ( PSKY ) acquisition bid. Elevance ( ELV ) stock is dropping after the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services planned sanctions on the company. Nvidia ( NVDA ) and Coherent ( COHR ) announced a strategic partnership on developing optics technology.
