Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ:PSKY) news in January after it decided to sue Warner Bros. Discovery as part of its acquisition attempt that kicked off in 2025. Following Paramount's bid, Warner has also seen interest from Comcast, and more importantly, Netflix. With the deal having the potential to reshape the media landscape, the firm demanded in its lawsuit that its target disclose its discussions with the streaming giant. The lawsuit came after Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ:PSKY) gradually increased its bid offer from $19 to $22.50. In his previous comments, Cramer commented that Warner might be interested if the offer price increased to $34.
