("PriceSmart" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: PSMT), operator of 56 warehouse clubs in 12 countries and one U.S. territory, today announced results for the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025, which ended on August 31, 2025. PriceSmart, Inc. (PRNewsfoto/PriceSmart, Inc.) Fourth Quarter Financial Results Total revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 increased 8.6% to $1.33 billion compared to $1.23 billion in the same period of the prior year. For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, net merchandise sales increased 9.2% to $1.30 billion from $1.19 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024. Net merchandise sales - constant currency increased 9.1% over the same prior year period.
