GOTHENBURG, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Polestar (Nasdaq: PSNY) (the “Company”) today announces that the effective date for the previously announced plan to change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares to ordinary shares will occur on 9 December 2025 (the “Effective Date”).
