Growth was led by bancassurance (bancassurance NBP +27%; Mainland China bancassurance +59%), driven by a shift to higher-quality products (36% health/protection, 50% fee-based participating/linked savings) that lifted new business margin to 42%, though management expects modest margin moderation as the mix evolves.
