NEW YORK, Dec. 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hark Capital, through its managed funds, today announced the closing of a $57.5 million NAV facility to fund investment activity for Insignia Capital Group, a middle-market private equity firm focused on investments in North American companies within the business services and consumer products industries.
