I'm acting as Chairperson of the special meeting in accordance with Section 5.7 of our bylaws. This meeting was lawfully convened on November 26, 2025, was reconvened on December 8, 2025 and reconvened again on December 19, 2025, at which time it was adjourned until 09:00 a.m. Pacific Time today and is hereby reconvened. Pursuant to the Oregon Business Corporation Act, a quorum continues to be present.
