Maroussi, Greece, November 20, 2025 – Pyxis Tankers Inc. (Nasdaq Cap Mkts: PXS), (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “Pyxis Tankers”), an international diversified shipping company, today announced unaudited results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2025. For the three months ended September 30, 2025, our revenues, net, were $9.7 million. For the same period, our time charter equivalent (“TCE”) revenues were $8.9 million, a decrease of $2.7 million, or 23.5%, over the comparable period in 2024. Our net income attributable to common shareholders for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 was $1.2 million, compared to net income of $3.6 million for the same period in 2024. For the third quarter of 2025, the net income per common share was $0.11 basic and diluted compared to a net income per common share of $0.34 basic and $0.31 diluted for the same period of 2024.
