D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS ) is one of the 11 best computer hardware stocks to buy for the long term On February 27, Roth Capital reduced its price target on D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE:QBTS) from $40 to $30. The firm reiterated a Buy rating on the stock, which still offers more than 61% upside potential despite the downward revision. The reduction in price target is largely due to incremental operating costs, following the acquisition of Quantum Circuits.
