(NASDAQ: QLGN) (“Qualigen Therapertics”), a clinical-stage therapeutics company focused on developing treatments for adult and pediatric cancer, from its client Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) (“Faraday Future”, “FF” or “Company”), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company.
