Wainwright & Co., LLC (“ Wainwright ”) on February 16, 2024, announces today, the Company at its discretion may offer and sell, from time to time, through Wainwright as sales agent, Class B Subordinate Voting Shares in the capital of the Company (“ Class B Shares ”) having an aggregate offering price of up to US$21,225,000 (the “ ATM Offering ”).
