The iconic Canadian coffee shop chain announced on Wednesday that it would offer the packs – provided the customer makes a $5 dollar purchase – for the first gold medal Canada earns at next month's Winter Olympics in Italy, along with two subsequent prizes if Canada takes home gold in men's and women's hockey. This comes as Tim Hortons announced an eight-year partnership deal with the Canadian Olympic Committee and a three-year deal with the Canadian Paralympic Committee. Tim Hortons, owned by Restaurant Brands International Inc., will also be serving its coffee to the Canadian athletes in Italy, along with their coaches and loved ones. “We're proud that our iconic red Tims cups will be a familiar sight at Canada Olympic House Celebration Series and that we'll be serving our coffee to Team Canada throughout the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games,” said Hope Bagozzi, chief marketing officer for Tim Hortons, said in a news release.
