AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for financial services, today announced results for its fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2025.GAAP Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2025Revenue for the fourth quarter of $208.2 million, up 14 percent year-over-year and up 3 percent from the third quarter of 2025. Full-year 2025 revenue of $794.8 million, up 14 percent year-over-year.GAAP gross margin for the fourth quarter of 55.4 percent, up from 52.6 percent for the prior-year quarter and up from 54.0 percent for the third quarter of 2025. GAAP gross margin for full-year 2025 of 54.1 percent, up from 50.9 percent for the full-year 2024.GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of $20.4 million, compared to $0.2 million for the prior-year quarter and $15.0 million for the third quarter of 2025. GAAP net income for full-year 2025 of $52.0 million, compared to GAAP net loss of $38.5 million
