Quad logo (color) (PRNewsfoto/Quad) Recent Highlights Realized Net Sales of $581 million in the first quarter of 2026 compared to $629 million in the first quarter of 2025, representing a 7.7% decline in Net Sales or a 4.3% decline in Net Sales excluding the February 28, 2025, divestiture of the Company's European operations. Recognized Net Earnings of $6 million, or $0.13 Diluted Earnings Per Share, in the first quarter of 2026, compared to Net Earnings of $6 million, or $0.11 Diluted Earnings Per Share, in 2025. Reported Adjusted EBITDA of $45 million in the first quarter of 2026 compared to $46 million in 2025.
