NEW YORK, Sept. 26, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quantumsphere Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: QUMSU, the “Company”), a Cayman Islands exempted company, announced that holders of its 8,280,000 units sold in the Company’s initial public offering may elect to separately trade the ordinary shares and rights included in the units, commencing on or about September 30, 2025. Any units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market (the “Nasdaq”) under the symbol “QUMSU,” and the separated ordinary shares and rights are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols “QUMS” and “QUMSR”, respectively. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Co., the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into ordinary shares and rights.
