(“Reliant”) (Nasdaq: RBNC), the parent company for Reliant Bank, announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of First Advantage Bancorp (“First Advantage” or “FABK”), the parent company for First Advantage Bank, located in Clarksville, Tennessee.
