LIMASSOL, Cyprus, March 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Robin Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: RBNE) (“Robin Energy”, or the “Company”), an international ship-owning company providing energy transportation services globally, today announced that it is commencing a tender offer to purchase up to 1,000,000 shares of its common stock, as well as the preferred share purchase rights associated with such shares (collectively, the “Shares”) using funds available from cash and cash equivalents on hand at a price of $3.00 per share. The tender offer will expire at the end of the day, 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on April 23, 2026, unless extended or withdrawn. The Board of Directors determined that it is in the Company’s best interest to repurchase the Shares at this time given the Company’s cash position and stock price.
