robotics technology company seeking to improve lives by transforming robotic surgery, announced today that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor to purchase the Company's Class A common stock and pre-funded warrants in a registered direct offering and warrants to purchase its Class A common stock in a concurrent private placement. The combined effective purchase price for one share of Class A common and accompanying warrants to purchase two shares of Class A common stock will be $5.10, and the combined purchase price for one pre-funded warrant and accompanying warrants to purchase two shares of Class A common stock will be $5.0999. The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering are expected to be approximately $5.9 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company.
