(NASDAQ: RDI) (“Reading” or our “Company”), an internationally diversified cinema and real estate company with operations and assets in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, today announced its results for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2025. Key Financial Summary Results – Third Quarter 2025 Total Revenues of $52.2 million decreased by 13%, from $60.1 million in Q3 2024. Operating Loss of $0.3 million remained relatively flat when compared to a loss of $0.3 million reported in Q3 2024. A positive EBITDA of $3.6 million improved by 26% compared to an EBITDA of $2.8 million for Q3 2024 and marked the fifth straight quarter of positive EBITDA. Representing the best third quarter result since Q3 2019, our Basic Loss per Share of $0.18 improved by 42% compared to a Basic Loss per Share of $0.31 in Q3 2024. Representing
