The company will become part of RadNet's wholly owned subsidiary DeepHealth, a company engaged in AI-driven health informatics, for advancing connected imaging-based care. The collaboration aims to strengthen data connectivity, interoperability and AI-powered reporting and screening across UK public and private healthcare settings. CIMAR's image management system enables vendor-neutral solutions, including clinical AI, across over half of the National Health Service Trusts and many private hospital groups in the UK. The acquisition merges CIMAR's cloud-native infrastructure and services with DeepHealth's end-to-end informatics applications.
