MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX), a leading real estate technology platform redefining the industry through innovation and culture, today announced that, on Nov. 5, 2025, it reached a settlement in principle in the litigation with its former Chief Financial Officer, Michelle Ressler. The court action has been dismissed by the court.Pursuant to the settlement in principle, Real will make no payment to Ms. Ressler.
