prominent Canadian real estate leader, Sandy MacKay, along with his team and a larger network of agents, joined the brokerage. The move brought MacKay's 12-agent Found Spaces Realty Group, which averaged $100 million in volume per year over the previous eight years, to Real. In addition, a network of 50 other top-producing agents across Ontario with $500 million in annual sales also came aboard. This development significantly strengthened Real's presence in the Ontario market by adding one of Canada's most respected team leaders and a high-performing group of real estate professionals. The influx of experienced agents and substantial sales volume was viewed positively by investors. After the initial pop the shares cooled down to $3.92, up 2.5% from previous close.
