JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Regency Centers Corporation (“Regency Centers,” “Regency” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: REG) today reported financial and operating results for the period ended December 31, 2025, and provided initial 2026 earnings guidance. For the three months ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders was $1.09 and $0.46, respectively, per diluted share. For the twelve months ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders was $2.82 and $2.11, respectively, per diluted share.
