MIAMI, FL, Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RenX Enterprises Corporation (NASDAQ: RENX ("RenX" or the “Company”), a technology-driven environmental processing and sustainable materials company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a private investment in public equity (“PIPE”) financing for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $6.0 Million, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. Pursuant to the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the Company will issue to investors Senior Convertible Notes (“Notes”) in the aggregate principal amount of $6.0 million. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 12% per annum, will mature 13 months from the date of issuance and will be convertible at the option of the holder at a fixed conversion price of $0.281 per share.
