BIRMINGHAM, Ala., January 16, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE:RF) today reported fourth quarter 2025 earnings of $514 million and diluted EPS of $0.58. For the full-year 2025, earnings were $2.1 billion and diluted EPS was $2.30. Adjusted full-year earnings were $2.1 billion, a 7 percent increase year-over-year, and adjusted EPS was $2.33, up 9 percent year-over-year.
