(NYSE: RFL; NYSE American: RFL-WT) sadly announced today the passing of its Lead Independent Director, Stephen Greenberg, and the appointment of Alan Grayson to its Board of Directors. Mr. Grayson will serve on the Compensation, Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.
