Decrease in production downtime costs could provide strong support to financial results in the coming quarters. Although business profitability may improve in the coming quarters, my recommendation is hold as the company will continue to post an operating loss in line with my financial model. Introduction Shares of Real Good Food ( NASDAQ: RGF ) have fallen 40% YTD. Despite the fact that the company's share price has dropped significantly and management expects financial performance to improve in the coming quarters, I believe that this is still not the best time to buy the company's shares. Investment Thesis On the one hand, I like the fact that the company can show a solid increase in operating margin in the coming quarters thanks to the reduction in the cost of idle production capacity.
