Diluted Earnings per Share -- $0.10, compared to $0.28 in the prior-year quarter. Pretax Loss -- $2.1 million, attributed to $1.9 million in acquisition and operating costs at the new Hebron, Kentucky facility, as well as higher material, technology, and promotional expenses. Income Tax Benefit Revision -- A $3 million increase to the year-to-date income tax benefit raised third quarter net income by $0.19 per share; excluding this, EPS would have been a loss of $0.09 per share. Nine-Month Results -- Net sales of $395 million, and a loss of $0.48 per share; prior-year period delivered $389.9 million in net sales, and $1.15 earnings per share.
