Adjusted EBITDA of $397 million and Adjusted EBITDA margin of 38.7% represented new multi-year highs. On the conference call, management provided fourth quarter and initial 2026 guidance largely in line with consensus expectations. With more tenders nearing award, Transocean expects offshore floater fleet utilization to increase substantially over the next couple of years.
