(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: RIME ) – a leading AI technology company, announced today its results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2025. 2025 Financial Highlights Revenue increased $4.1 million, or 1,367%, to $4.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025 compared to $0.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. Operating expenses decreased $1.6 million, or 19.5%, to $6.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2025 from $8.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. Net loss decreased $7.8 million, or 32.0%, to $16.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2025 compared to $24.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, of which $6.8 million and $8.9 million, respectively, was for non-cash warrant-related charges.
