I believe the company is richly valued considering its stagnant core mobile market and concerns about licensing and royalty revenues in China. Summary With an implied valuation in excess of $50 billion, Thursday's scheduled ARM Holdings PLC IPO is the largest since Rivian ( RIVN ) in 2021.
