Good morning, everyone. My name is Michael Rose. I'm one of the bank analysts here at Raymond James. Thank you so much for being here with us this morning. I'm very pleased to have First Horizon with us today with roughly $84 billion in assets and a market cap of about $11.5 billion. First Horizon is a top 25 commercial bank with operations across the Southeast and in several Southwest markets. It also operates specialty -- several specialty banking segments as well as provides a broad range of banking services for both corporate and retail investors. With us today from the company is CFO, Hope Dmuchowski; Chief Credit Officer, Thomas Hung; as well as Director of Investor Relations, Tyler Craft in the audience.
