the pricing of the underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its 8.00% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share ("Series B Preferred Stock"). The Series B Preferred Stock has an initial liquidation preference of $25.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on November 20, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately $50,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include funding new acquisitions and repaying indebtedness, including amounts outstanding under the Company's credi
